Project Order Administrator

My Client, a supplier of consumables to the retail industry has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their Operations team.

Job Purpose:
As the Project Order Co-ordinator you will ensure the coordination and arrangement of the specific requirements for every project order, which will include new stores, refits, new concepts and one off requirements from order to invoice.

You will manage the needs of multiple store projects that although similar in nature are individually unique in each of their specific requirements.

You will also need to ensure you complete all customer allocation requirements on time in full in conjunction with the operations team.

**Responsibilities**:
Deliver Customer First approach in all communication and activity.
Manage the detailed requirements of each project.
Ensure the necessary items for each and every new store and refurbished store are delivered on the agreed date to the correct location as a consolidated delivery.
Processing all orders.
To maintain all customer records.
Liaise with internal teams (Supply Chain Planning, operations, transport, finance, account management, procurement) to ensure fulfilment of all orders.

**Requirements**:
Strong administration experience.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Fully computer literate.
Must have a flexible approach to work and be highly organised.
