Embark on a fulfilling journey as a Trainee Care Assistant with a fixed-term contract of 15 months, working 30 hours each week. This position is designed for individuals aged 16 and above, where you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care and assistance to residents, aiding them in maintaining their independence during personal care routines, mealtimes, and engaging activities. Your presence will be a source of comfort and support, providing a listening ear to those in need.

No prior experience in care is necessary; we offer comprehensive training and development opportunities tailored to your interests, whether in care, housekeeping, catering, or activities. You will receive on-the-job apprenticeship training, setting you up for success as you work towards completing a Level 2 Adult Care Worker diploma apprenticeship.
