About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Care Assistant to join our team at Wood Care Group. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional housekeeping services to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the needs of residents are met.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the care home.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Comply with health and safety legislation and fire procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care home environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including days and evenings.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and service.
