**Overview**:
Join our team as a Bloom Baby Instructor and be an integral part of creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for parents and babies participating in Bloom Baby Classes. You will have the opportunity to lead classes, ensure attendee comfort, and contribute to a positive learning environment. Training will be provided to empower you to independently conduct classes.

**Duties**:

- Prepare class venues, ensuring all necessary equipment is set up
- Conduct Bloom Baby Classes with enthusiasm, catering to the needs of parents and babies
- Assist in packing away equipment post-classes
- Cover classes in the absence of other instructors
- Maintain and clean class kit between sessions and at the end of each term
- Transport class kit to venues and store it appropriately
- Collaborate with fellow instructors for kit sharing and changeovers as required

**Skills**:

- Demonstrated reliability, friendliness, and flexibility with working schedules
- Passion for fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for parents and babies
- Willingness to undergo training at our Head Office and in-class sessions
- Access to personal transportation; physical fitness for lifting tasks
- Mandatory DSB check requirement
- Self-employed status
- Previous involvement in conducting classes or workshops
- Ability to adapt to various parenting styles and baby requirements

This position provides a rewarding opportunity to positively impact families by facilitating engaging classes for parents and babies. Working hours typically span from 9 am to 12:30 pm, covering two morning sessions initially with potential for expansion based on demand. Compensation is performance-based, with pay scaling according to class attendance. Venues may include Salford, Cadishead, and Prestwich.
