Job Title: Regional Trainer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Trainer to join our team at Castlemeadow Care. As a Regional Trainer, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering staff training across our care homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver face-to-face training and induction programs to employees
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning culture
  • Recognize and support individuals with specific training needs
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and refresher training sessions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social care practices, legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the review and preparation of course materials and presentations
  • Ensure staff qualifications are maintained and up-to-date
  • Design and develop current and future training programs

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent
  • Relevant Train the Trainer qualifications
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • A full clean driving license and access to a vehicle
