About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Scout Global. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with our sales and marketing leadership to define sales strategies and develop territory plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead customer-centric meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with key decision-makers and influencers to showcase our AI-powered security platform.
  • Proposal Development: Create impactful proposals in partnership with our Solution Consulting team, highlighting the value proposition of our solution and market-leading position.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage and support the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and document a detailed sales pipeline, including forecasts, prospect information, current opportunities, and future activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Share insights, expertise, and market feedback with team members to enhance overall performance and drive sales success.
  • Partner Relationships: Work with our Alliances and Channels leadership to build and strengthen partner relationships, enabling scalable sales engagements.
  • Value Engineering: Conduct value engineering exercises that align with customers' strategic objectives, articulating the value proposition in terms they understand.
  • Enterprise Sales: Lay the groundwork for securing six-figure enterprise ARR transactions, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Brand Awareness: Collaborate with our Marketing and Business Development teams to enhance regional brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess exceptional verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • UK Residency: Be a resident of the UK (England) and have a proven network of contacts at CISO/CDO level within the industry.
  • Enterprise Sales Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise solution sales, with a strong knowledge of cyber security solutions.
  • Self-Starter: Be a self-starter, autonomous, and able to work independently and remotely while contributing as a valuable member of the team.
  • Sales Success: Demonstrate success in managing the sales lifecycle and achieving sales goals, with a proven track record in new business development and prospecting.
  • Technical Understanding: Possess a strong technical understanding of industry-related technologies and be able to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-focused approach to building relationships.
  • Travel Requirements: Be willing to travel as required to meet with customers and partners.
