About the Role

MHR is a leading provider of HR, payroll, finance, and integration solutions software and services. We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Enterprise New Business Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads and move them through the initial stages of the sales funnel, bridging the gap between marketing and sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the Enterprise New Business Team to generate new outbound opportunities across all clusters in the Private Sector.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.
  • Utilize CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage sales activities, track leads, and analyze sales performance.
  • Travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads in a SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of a SaaS sales cycle and experience in working with Senior Sales Executives to drive pipeline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
