Sales Director Role Overview
GTT Communications, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead the Account Management enterprise team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales numbers and achieving targeted contract values for new and incremental business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and support an account management team to drive sales growth and expansion.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and ensure the 30/60/90 days funnel is growing.
- Ensure effective selling and promoting of the full-service portfolio into the base.
- Manage team performance, identifying and addressing any issues in a timely and structured manner.
- Provide regular forecasts to the VP, Enterprise Business.
- Ensure the team has the necessary product knowledge to succeed.
- Create a motivational team culture that drives success.
- Develop strong relationships with key dependency groups, such as Product, Pricing, and Service Delivery.
- Work with the UK Marketing Manager to drive the best value from the marketing budget and activity.
