About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Kerridge Commercial Systems. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our New Business Development Team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent our company and its offerings to potential clients
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead sales generation and growth initiatives
- Work with the management team to ensure successful implementation of new business opportunities
- Research and identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Establish sales objectives and develop annual sales quotas
- Oversee the New Business sales team and ensure they meet company standards
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales team members
- Evaluate team performance and productivity
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in managing new business sales teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales plans
- Experience in analyzing sales data and developing sales strategies
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
