We're seeking a highly strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Adhesion, a multi-award-winning global HR SaaS vendor. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise clients
- Provide expert guidance on HR SaaS solutions and their applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience selling HR SaaS solutions to enterprise clients
- Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
