As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise clients
  • Provide expert guidance on HR SaaS solutions and their applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience selling HR SaaS solutions to enterprise clients
  • Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
