They are in search of a strategic Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to enhance their team further. This role comes with substantial support, providing named Enterprise accounts from the outset. Significant investments have been made in operations, delivery, and sales over the past year, creating exciting leadership opportunities alongside a competitive salary and OTE, plus the benefits expected from a global organization.

Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with new prospects while nurturing and strategically expanding existing key accounts. Fluency in English, along with either French or German, is essential.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling HR SaaS at the Enterprise level
  • Fluency in English and either French or German
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to engage effectively with various organizational levels
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on business and customer outcomes
  • Adaptability and strategic planning capabilities to meet both customer and organizational needs
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to execute towards desired outcomes under pressure
