Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries while upholding our commitment to sustainability. As an Operations Manager at Fin, you will play a crucial role in managing daily logistics operations, including route optimization, supply chain management, and real-time tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily logistics operations, including route optimization, supply chain management, and real-time tracking.
  • Ensure efficient and timely deliveries, maintaining high quality standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals, including drivers and warehouse staff.
  • Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes, identifying and implementing optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and tailor logistics solutions to their needs.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Uphold Fin's commitment to sustainability, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting eco-friendly practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, and operations, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of route optimization and real-time tracking systems.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • A passion for sustainability and a commitment to eco-friendly practices in logistics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
