Position: Clinical Nurse Specialist at Salford Primary Care Together (SPCT) Community Interest Company

Salford Primary Care Together (SPCT) Community Interest Company (CIC) is in search of a committed Clinical Nurse Specialist to become a part of their healthcare team. The primary location for this role will be at the Eccles facility, with the possibility of working at other local practices as required.

  • Prior experience in a clinical setting is advantageous
  • Options for Part-Time or Full-Time employment with adaptable scheduling
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are necessary for patient home visits
  • The practice operates from 8am to 8pm daily, with potential weekend shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of Long-Term Health Conditions
  • Cytology Procedures
  • Immunization for Children
  • Administration of Vaccines
  • Contraceptive Services
  • Collection of Swabs, Specimens, Blood Samples, and Monitoring Blood Pressure

The Clinical Nurse Specialist will ensure the maintenance of precise health records and will play a vital role in meeting quality assurance targets. They will assist the healthcare team with clinical evaluations, safeguarding issues, and patient care under the supervision of General Practitioners.
