About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Haematology team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide expert care and support to patients with haematological conditions, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist nursing care to patients with haematological conditions, including haematology and oncology patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide education to patients and their families on disease management and treatment options.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years' experience in haematology or oncology.
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g., MSc, PGDip).
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
