Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team at No1 Legal and Professional. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, manage sales pipeline, and analyze sales data to optimize sales performance.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • CRM Experience: Proven experience with CRM systems, including sales force automation, contact management, and sales analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their business objectives.
