About the Role
Are you passionate about indie games and ready to make an impact? Playstack is looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Marketing Manager to lead the promotional efforts for several exciting PC and Console titles. This role is pivotal in shaping the marketing strategies for our upcoming projects.
As an integral member of the PC and Console division, you will be involved in a variety of marketing initiatives, including the development of game trailers, crafting campaign messages, managing influencer outreach, and creating engaging social media content. Experience in managing marketing campaigns specifically for PC and console games is a must.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines effectively. You will contribute to the marketing team's mission of delivering high-quality content on schedule.
A genuine enthusiasm for gaming is essential. The successful candidate will support the marketing team in both external communications and internal strategies, demonstrating a strong desire to excel in both areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee campaign management: Collaborate with the marketing team and senior leadership to plan marketing timelines, explore new opportunities, and implement approved strategies.
- Coordinate campaigns in alignment with project milestones.
- Contribute creatively: Provide input on trailers, artwork, and press materials, ensuring all ideas are well-received and considered.
Steam-Specific Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize Steam Tags for better visibility.
- Enhance product page visibility on Steam.
- Coordinate participation in virtual events.
- Improve product page presentations in line with the latest marketing trends.
