Senior Game Publishing Manager

At PC Games Insider, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Publishing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our publishing team, you will be responsible for providing publishing-related advisory and support to our studio partners, focusing on PC titles launching on Steam.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to each video game title, maximizing visibility and engagement on the Steam platform.
  • Advise studios on executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and more.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROAS.
  • Provide studios with best practices on the localization of marketing materials and game content to ensure relevance and resonance across different regions and cultures.
  • Lead reporting and presentations to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and studio partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in video game marketing, with a track record of launching successful PC titles and distribution on Steam.
  • Strong understanding of Steam publishing strategies, including store page optimization, pricing, SKUs, Next Fest, and major sales festival participation.
  • Strong UA skillset, including analytics and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent fluency in English is a must.
  • Passion for indie and AA video games, plus a deep understanding of gaming culture and industry trends.
