Job Title: Associate Game Director

We are seeking an experienced Associate Game Director to join our team and contribute to the development of our upcoming AAA Battle Royale game, Off The Grid. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding the design team in creating epic game experiences that align with our vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Game Director and team leadership to set the overall vision and direction for the project.
  • Direct the design team in creating engaging game experiences that meet the established vision.
  • Work with the Game Director to ensure the game design meets the established vision and quality standards.
  • Communicate quality and content expectations regularly to the design team.
  • Maintain an awareness of the state of the game and community feedback to influence direction and prioritization.
  • Establish and maintain a creative environment, resolve personnel challenges, and foster a culture of success.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience as a game designer or in a relevant role, including experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven ability to guide and inspire large development teams and analyze designs at a project level.
  • Experience supervising a team of game designers is an asset.
  • Experience with multiple shipped AAA titles in a leadership role is highly preferred.
