Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Console Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the voice of our console players, working closely with our internal teams to provide exceptional support and ensure seamless gaming experiences. Your expertise in console environments, combined with your excellent communication skills, will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch support to console players through various channels, including chat-based clients, social media, and email.
  • Investigate and resolve complex console-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain console-friendly support policies and workflows, ensuring a consistent and high-quality player experience.
  • Collaborate with our product group to understand the impact of changes on console players and provide feedback to improve the overall gaming experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest console trends and technologies, incorporating this knowledge into your support activities.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in console support, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to empathize with players and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of PS5 and XBOX environments, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
  • Advanced typing skills and a passion for video games.
