Console Support Specialist

Gunzilla Games is seeking a skilled Console Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our console players, ensuring they have an exceptional gaming experience.

  • Assist console players with inquiries and issues via chat, email, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain console-friendly support policies and workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions for support representatives on console policies and workflows.
  • Monitor and report on common console issues and trends.
  • Collaborate with the support team to create and update console-related help center articles and FAQs.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in console support, preferably in the games industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Advanced typing skills and ability to work in a remote setting.
