We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Publishing Manager to join our team at PC Games Insider. As a key member of our publishing team, you will be responsible for providing publishing-related advisory and support to our studio partners, focusing on PC titles launching on Steam.
About the Role:
As a Senior Game Publishing Manager, you will propose clear and actionable marketing strategies tailored to each video game title, maximizing visibility and engagement on the Steam platform. You will advise studios on executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize visibility and engagement on Steam
- Advise studios on marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, and influencer partnerships
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Provide studios with best practices on localization of marketing materials and game content
- Lead reporting and presentations to communicate campaign performance and insights to internal teams and studio partners
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in video game marketing, with a track record of launching successful PC titles and distribution on Steam
- Strong understanding of Steam publishing strategies, including store page optimization, pricing, SKUs, Next Fest, and major sales festival participation
- Strong UA skillset, including analytics and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent fluency in English is a must
- Passion for indie and AA video games, plus a deep understanding of gaming culture and industry trends
