About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at ENI – Elizabeth Norman International. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sales growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reports to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Industry or technology knowledge is an asset
