Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Meridian Business Support. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing accounts across your region, as well as acquiring new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, develop, and maintain an existing account base across your region
  • Network with key buyers, area managers, and decision makers in your region
  • Develop and acquire new business
  • Achieve year-on-year profit growth across accounts in your area
  • Deliver on-site training and conduct regular site visits
  • Increase product penetration and accurately plan accounts
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in account management
  • Experience working in the coffee industry or hospitality sector is desirable but not essential
  • Basic salary: £28,000 to £32,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience)
  • OTE of c. £8-11k in bonus potential (as well as additional bonuses)
  • Company car
