Job Description

**Account Manager Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Novus Recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing and growing new accounts, developing commercial plans, and working closely with our New Product Development and Business Development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales.
  • Develop and implement commercial plans for each customer, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
  • Collaborate with our New Product Development and Business Development teams to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Regularly update the Head of Sales on commercial progress, including monthly and weekly KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting on feedback and ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in foodservice commercial roles, with a strong background in account management.
  • Existing network in the foodservice sector, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to grow and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ambitious and resilient, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and themes in the market.
