We are excited to present an opportunity for a Senior Internal Sales Representative to assist a Client Manager/Director in delivering a seamless and professional service to our clientele. Your daily responsibilities will encompass quoting, CRM and order management, and serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.

JOB SPECIFICATION: Senior Internal Sales Representative

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Addressing customer needs and requirements
  • Quoting and managing the sales pipeline
  • Overseeing order and backorder management alongside customer inventory control
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions through CRM management
  • Handling incoming customer inquiries

REQUIREMENTS: Senior Internal Sales Representative

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of ten years' experience in internal sales, preferably within a similarly sized IT reseller, collaborating with account directors. Strong interpersonal, administrative, and communication skills are essential, as you will engage with customers on a variety of topics daily.
