**About the Role**

OEC is a leading global company with a strong presence in the automotive industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conquest Sales Representative to join our team in the UK.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct B2B sales in the St Albans and Romford areas, identifying new customers and growing the business user database to ensure long-term growth of the business sales operations.
  • Plan, manage, and implement sales activities, promoting and communicating manufacturer promotions to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service to build customer loyalty, maintaining relationships with existing customers and planning workload to maximize opportunities.
  • Develop parts sales to our existing customer base and develop new parts accounts within a predetermined territory.

**Requirements**

  • At least 3 years of experience in a parts sales environment, either with a main dealer or vehicle manufacturer/aftermarket supplier, and a proven track record of achieving sales results against targets.
  • A confident communicator, able to build rapport quickly with customers while delivering the highest level of customer service.
  • The drive to consistently meet and exceed customer needs and close deals effectively.
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage day-to-day work and priorities, and use time, energy, and resources to meet goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work, able to easily adjust to shifts in priorities as the needs of the business change.
