Sales Development Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at ENI – Elizabeth Norman International. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the tech and media research sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential client companies.
- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to explain how they meet customer needs and generate leads.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps while maintaining an accurate and detailed Salesforce profile.
- Identify best practices for refining our lead-generation playbook and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of demonstrable experience in generating new business pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.
- Industry or technology knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer communication and management skills.
