As a Telesales Representative, you will be an integral part of our Sales Team, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through outbound sales efforts. Your primary focus will be on lead generation for new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with potential clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through targeted outreach efforts.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to discuss their business needs and identify potential opportunities.
  • Qualify sales leads and engage with decision-makers to understand their business requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Follow up on all leads and enquiries in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive customer experience.

What's in it for you?

  • Competitive base salary of £25,000 to £35,000 plus uncapped on-target earnings (OTE) - great earning potential.
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm. Hybrid working arrangement.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Telesales or sales background: minimum of 6-12 months.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good IT skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
