Facilities Management Specialist

Hours per week: 37 (Part-time and flexible working may be considered, operating hours 7am to 9pm)

Role Summary:A career in Facilities Management offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the operational excellence of our organization. The Facilities Management (FM) team is responsible for overseeing more than 100 facilities, ensuring that all personnel within these locations receive the necessary support. This includes managing fully serviced buildings as well as providing assistance to drop-in sites throughout the region.
As a member of a dedicated and industrious team, you will primarily operate from a central location but will be expected to support all facilities within your designated area of responsibility.
Your responsibilities will include the daily oversight of the team to guarantee a clean and secure working environment for all employees, while adhering to established procedures and policies. You will ensure that systems and processes are followed diligently, and that essential services are delivered efficiently across all sites by optimizing available resources.
With a confident and reliable demeanor, you will possess experience in a comparable role. You will be adept at working collaboratively within a team, supervising others, and demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to navigate a variety of situations positively and professionally, engaging with key stakeholders effectively.
Please note, you will be required to operate a company vehicle and must hold a valid full driver's license. This position includes a 14% rotating shift allowance, with opportunities for overtime and potential additional responsibilities.
