About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Support Officer to join our Mobile Security Team at TC Facilities Management. As a Security Support Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work within the Mobile Security Team to provide security services to our clients, including attending sites, investigating alarms, and completing patrols.
  • Create a secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors, promoting confidence and trust through effective decision-making and communication.
  • Follow Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments, and customer policies at all times, responding effectively to incidents and escalating to the Emergency Services as necessary.
  • Ensure that colleagues, customers, and the public have a positive experience when engaging with Security, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Utilize TRACKTIK to complete patrols and reporting of incidents/alarms, promoting a culture of safety and awareness of H&S risks.
  • Secure the property of customers, employees, and visitors, preventing unauthorized access to site, whether by person, vehicle, or object.
  • Respond to unplanned events or incidents promptly, following the process and procedures outlined in the site Assignment Instructions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times, engaging with training and development activity to ensure you have the skills to complete your tasks.
  • Complete Site Visits to validate security standards, report risks, and promote security compliance.
  • Complete vehicle inspections to ensure that the vehicle is safe and maintained at all times.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 5 years' experience in the security industry (desirable).
  • A full UK driving license.
  • An SIA license - Security Guard/DS.
  • An SIA license - CCTV (depending on site).
  • IT Systems (user level).
  • L3 in First Aid (desirable).
