About the Role
TC Facilities Management is seeking a dedicated professional to fill the Post Room Operative position.
The successful candidate will provide customer-focused postal services, porterage, meeting room setups, and other facilities management operational services to internal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage special deliveries, external mail, and internal distribution.
- Provide porterage and set up meeting rooms.
- Maintain printers, shredders, and manage confidential waste.
- Support housekeeping and perform exterior grit spreading.
- Assist with office moves, street events, and internal communications.
- Special deliveries & recording of mail.
- Distribute internal mail, parcels and samples.
- Replenish meeting room stationery.
- Ensure postal MI and reports are maintained.
- Ensure UPS / HDNL/ Yodel Courier services are booked in and distributed in a timely manner.
- Other FM Services and duties that may be required / requested.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Methodical planning and flexibility under pressure.
- Initiative to suggest service improvements.
- Teamwork and cooperation, with a confident driving ability.
