Recruitment Specialist

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Recruitment Consultant to become a key member of the Challenge trg Group. This newly created role is essential to enhancing our current team dynamics.
At Challenge trg Group, we take pride in delivering a comprehensive suite of transport and logistics solutions through our extensive network of multi-functional hubs across the UK.
As the primary point of contact for all recruitment activities involving candidates and clients, you will report directly to the Hub Manager.
Your responsibilities will include registering qualified candidates in accordance with Company and/or client specifications, conducting candidate clearances and references, and ensuring full compliance before scheduling candidates for plans.
Additionally, you will cultivate and sustain strong relationships with candidates, gaining insights into their individual needs to facilitate improved planning and coordination of open and assessment days.
