Your Role
As a Recruitment Specialist in our Daventry branch, you will develop and grow a dual desk that supplies staffing solutions to our clients within the Industrial and Commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well-written adverts to attract the best talent
- Adequately source and select applicants, match to roles available and potential future talent pipeline
- Work to KPIs and understand your sales pipeline
- Production, implementation, and execution of basic sales plans
- Understand market share, competitors, opportunities, pipeline contingency, pricing, future actions, and control mechanisms to ensure you are achieving budget expectations
- Continual increase of productivity and sales activity to achieve year-on-year growth of sales revenue, margins, and profit ensuring an exceptional fulfilment rate for client service levels working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Regular weekly client visits, and therefore ideally, you will be a driver with access to your own vehicle
- Business-to-Business Sales and Business Development calls and face-to-face visits
- Best practice administration and record keeping
