Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cladding Specialist to join our team at The Recruitment Co. in Daventry, Northamptonshire. As a Cladding Specialist, you will be responsible for installing various types of cladding systems on industrial and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of cladding systems, including metal, composite panels, and insulated panels.
  • Steel erection, including assembly and installation of structural steel frameworks.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Use of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit cladding materials.
  • Inspecting and maintaining tools, materials, and equipment to ensure they are safe and in good condition.
  • Working at heights using scaffolding, mobile platforms, or other access equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in industrial cladding and steel erection.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools related to cladding and steel erection.
  • IPAF/PASMA certification (desirable).
  • Comfortable working at heights and in challenging weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

What We Offer:

A competitive hourly rate of £15-£18 per hour (D.O.E) and a Monday-Friday schedule from 7am-5pm.
