LEAD RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a Lead Recruitment Specialist eager to advance their career and become a vital part of the Challenge-trg Group team.

Challenge-trg Group is a privately owned specialist logistics firm in the UK, serving numerous prestigious clients nationwide.

We are seeking to hire a seasoned Lead Recruitment Specialist for our operations.

40 hours per week - Monday to Friday.

Experience in recruitment within the logistics and distribution sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Oversee the daily management of all current client accounts.
• Supervise a dynamic pool of drivers, managing up to 250 temporary staff.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive performance improvements across established KPIs.
• Maintain a strong commercial acumen while managing client relationships and temporary workforce in alignment with budgetary constraints.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and possess a thorough understanding of recruitment laws and driver working time directives.
• Schedule and conduct regular client meetings and reviews proactively.
• Identify opportunities for growth within the existing client base.
• Initial working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to meet business needs.
• No midweek out-of-hours on-call responsibilities, except during peak periods and for various overtime shifts.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum of 1+ years' experience in the recruitment sector, preferably within driving.
• Prior experience managing a recruitment desk for large corporate clients.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented.
• Knowledgeable about driver regulations and working hours.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster strong relationships and a sense of humor.
• Capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment.
• Valid UK driving license.
• Genuine desire to grow and contribute to the company's success.
