- A minimum of 4 years' experience in HR, with relevant training or a degree in human resources.
- Proven experience as an HR advisor, HR consultant, or similar role, with a strong understanding of employment law and data protection.
- CIPD qualification or working towards it, with excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR Management Systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior staff and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures, with the ability to design clear and fair policies.
The HR Advisor role offers an excellent benefits package, including an annual salary of £28,000. You will receive 25 days of holiday per annum, plus statutory days, with a mandatory 3 days saved for Christmas.
Additional benefits include a Buy and Sell Leave Policy, Pension, Life Assurance, Incapacity Benefit, Private Medical Insurance, Employee Assistance Programme, EV Salary Sacrifice Car Scheme, Cycle-to-work Scheme, Free Eye Tests, Free Parking, Annual Health Check (subject to policy), and 2 volunteering days per year.
