About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as an HR Advisor focusing on recruitment. As a key member of our HR operations, you will be responsible for advising on best practices for attracting and retaining top talent.

Your role will involve working closely with hiring managers, assisting with interview techniques, crafting compelling job descriptions, and managing the onboarding process. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating HR policies, ensuring they align with current legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process, including advising line managers and coordinating successful appointments.
  • Manage the recruitment inbox, responding promptly to queries.
  • Train hiring managers on effective interview evaluation techniques.
  • Assist with developing and executing recruitment campaigns.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics such as turnover and retention rates.
  • Advise on and manage employee relations, ensuring policies are consistent and up to date.
  • Support the Head of HR with investigations, appraisals, and salary reviews.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in an HR role, with a focus on recruitment.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in advising and working with senior staff.
