HR Advisor - Recruitment Focus

Role Overview:

As an HR Advisor with a recruitment emphasis, you will be integral to our HR functions, providing guidance on effective strategies for attracting and retaining exceptional talent. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers, refining interview methodologies, drafting engaging job postings, and overseeing the onboarding experience. You will also play a crucial role in updating HR policies to ensure compliance with current regulations.

In addition, you will manage employee relations, oversee performance evaluations, and contribute to initiatives aimed at boosting employee satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, offering advice to line managers and facilitating successful hires.
  • Handle the recruitment communication channels, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Educate hiring managers on effective interview assessment techniques.
  • Assist in creating and implementing recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, including turnover and retention statistics.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, ensuring policies are up-to-date and consistent.
  • Support senior HR leadership with investigations, performance reviews, and compensation assessments.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in an HR capacity, particularly in recruitment.
  • CIPD Level 3 certification or equivalent.
  • In-depth understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in advising and collaborating with senior management.
