Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong emphasis on recruitment and employee engagement? We are looking for a proactive HR Advisor to become a vital part of our team. This role presents an exciting chance to influence the trajectory of our expanding organization.

Role Overview:

As an HR Advisor specializing in recruitment, you will be integral to our HR functions, providing guidance on effective strategies for attracting and retaining exceptional talent. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers, enhancing interview techniques, creating engaging job descriptions, and overseeing the onboarding process. Furthermore, you will ensure that HR policies are current and compliant with legislation.

You will also play a significant role in managing employee relations, performance assessments, and contributing to initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, advising line managers and facilitating successful hires.
  • Manage the recruitment communications, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Train hiring managers on effective evaluation techniques during interviews.
  • Assist in the development and execution of recruitment campaigns.
  • Track key recruitment metrics, including turnover and retention rates.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, ensuring policies are consistent and up-to-date.
  • Support the Head of HR with investigations, performance reviews, and salary assessments.
  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 4 years of experience in an HR role, particularly in recruitment.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in advising and collaborating with senior management.
