About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at RSS Global. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and placing top talent in various industries, including technical and engineering, manufacturing, warehouse and industrial, contact centre and customer service, office personnel, and public sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vacancy Management: Produce high-quality vacancy and booking profiles, along with well-written adverts to attract the best talent.
  • Talent Sourcing: Adequately source and select applicants, match them to available roles, and identify potential future talent pipeline.
  • Sales and Business Development: Work to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and understand your sales pipeline, production, implementation, and execution of basic sales plans.
  • Market Analysis: Understand market share, competitors, opportunities, pipeline contingency, pricing, future actions, and control mechanisms to ensure you are achieving budget expectations.
  • Productivity and Sales Growth: Continually increase productivity and sales activity to achieve year-on-year growth of sales revenue, margins, and profit, ensuring an exceptional fulfillment rate for client service levels.
  • Client Visits: Regular weekly client visits are required, and ideally, you will be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
  • Business-to-Business Sales: Conduct business-to-business sales and business development calls and face-to-face visits.
  • Administration and Record Keeping: Maintain best-practice administration and record-keeping.
