We are currently seeking an Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our dedicated team, focusing on both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responsive repairs within a large commercial facility.
Position Overview:
This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from £35,000 to £37,000, with a standard workweek of 40 hours, Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 4 pm. Opportunities for overtime are also available.
The primary responsibility of the Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist is to execute servicing and reactive repairs on electrical equipment, including power distribution and lighting systems. The specialist will also support additional tasks as assigned by the Site Supervisor.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing unsupervised maintenance routines (PPM and reactive)
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults in building services
- Maintaining air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), and associated systems
- Conducting fault finding on heating systems, including heat exchangers and actuators
As part of a collaborative team of four on-site professionals, the ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in:
- Three-phase electrical systems
- Emergency lighting systems
- Air handling units and fan coil units
