Job Title: HR Advisor - Recruitment Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor with recruitment expertise to join our HR Department. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for advising both employers and clients on the recruitment of new staff and retention of existing employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise hiring managers on interview techniques and writing job descriptions
  • Research performance evaluation methods and design company policies
  • Manage the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new employees
  • Manage employee relations and performance management
  • Ensure policies are consistent and HR queries are dealt with promptly and reliably

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR with relevant training or a degree in human resources or similar
  • Experience working within an HR/Recruitment function
  • 360 degree Recruitment experience
  • HR generalist experience
  • CIPD qualification or similar
  • Experience of working as a team member and as an individual using your initiative
