An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Lead Recruitment Specialist eager to advance their career with Challenge-trg Group. This organization is a privately owned logistics firm in the UK, serving numerous prestigious clients nationwide.

We are seeking a skilled Lead Recruitment Specialist for our Daventry branch.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday.

Preferred Experience: Background in recruitment within the transport and distribution industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations for all existing clients.
  • Oversee a live pool of drivers, managing up to 250 temporary workers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive performance improvements across designated KPIs.
  • Maintain a strong commercial understanding to manage client relationships and temporary workforce in accordance with budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the recruitment sector and driver working time directives.
  • Schedule and conduct regular client meetings and reviews proactively.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within the current client base.
  • Initial working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to meet business needs.
  • No midweek out-of-hours on-call responsibilities, except during peak periods and for various overtime shifts.
Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the recruitment industry, preferably in driving.
  • Proven track record of managing a recruitment desk with large blue-chip clients.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with driver regulations and working hours.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Capability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Genuine desire for personal development and contributing to company growth.
