About the Role:

Babcock International Group is a leading provider of complex products and services to the global defense, aerospace, and security markets. As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the operations team for MOD customers globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate legal and compliance data on the company's IT system by sourcing information from various providers and websites.
  • Provide administrative support for vehicle-related activities, including speaking with customers and managing reports.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of transportation management strategies to optimize fleet operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of fleet management processes.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Experience in fleet management, transportation, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance.
