About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team at Babcock International Group. As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the operations team for MOD customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the operations team leader to validate legal and compliance data on the businesses IT system.
  • Use different sources of information provided by the lease providers and websites such as the DVLA and VOSA to validate data against our system.
  • Process daily reports received from suppliers with accurate data and within key performance indicator (KPI) requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to a wide variety of vehicle-focused activities, including scheduling, maintenance, and incident management.
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.

Requirements

  • Competent on MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Experience of fleet management
  • Knowledge of the Transport Industry
  • Educated to GCSE level
