Customer Service Counter Representative – WHSmith Post Office

Contract Type: Temporary

Working hours: 8 hours per week, with flexible shifts across weekdays.

As a Customer Service Counter Representative in our Post Office, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include facilitating travel arrangements, managing financial transactions, and assisting with various postal services. We aim to create memorable experiences for our customers and foster a welcoming environment for our team.

Key Responsibilities:
