**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant/Van Driver to join our team at our Worcester branch. As a Sales Assistant/Van Driver, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the overall success of our branch.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to achieve long-term customer loyalty.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to carry out various tasks and activities to support the effective running of the branch, including order picking, quotations, and trade counter sales.
  • Effectively manage stock display in the trade counter, showcasing a wide range of stock and impulse products, new stock ranges, and value-added services.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment that is always well-presented, creating a positive influence on the Sales Counter performance.
