We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at C.E.M Day Ltd. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and welcoming environment
  • Prepare and serve beverages to customers, maintaining a clean and organized coffee area
  • Answer external telephone calls, using a main switchboard, and respond to customer inquiries
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a confident and polite telephone manner. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
