Position Overview:

As a vital member of our healthcare team, the Patient Services Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and support. This position is based in a newly established clinic, where you will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, focusing on patient satisfaction and care.
  • Manage inquiries from patients, staff, and visitors efficiently and courteously, whether in person or via telephone.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient and staff information, exercising discretion at all times.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support clinic operations.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including shifts across a 7-day period, from early morning to evening.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles is highly preferred.
  • Background in a face-to-face customer service setting, such as healthcare, retail, or hospitality, is advantageous.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and strong computer proficiency.
