Key Responsibilities- Manage patient appointments, including booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments
- Process patient registrations, updates, and cancellations
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information on medical services and procedures
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
