We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Services Team Member at Park Parade Surgery. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient appointments, including booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments
  • Process patient registrations, updates, and cancellations
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide information on medical services and procedures
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
